Arrowhead offers high school and college aged young people the opportunity to work with campers in a Christian environment, sharing experiences, and growing spiritually. With the opportunity to meet other staffers from all walks of life, lifelong friends are formed. Camp experience and recommendations can be a great addition to a resume. We also work with college programs for credit. Camp has worked with Camp America for over 20 years – an exchange program hiring staff from other countries. You MUST BE at least 16 BY THE END OF JUNE to apply for an entry level job. Counselors must be 18, and there are lots of administrative jobs available. Read more about our available positions.
