2 Saints Readers, our St. Nicholas and St. Thomas’s joint reading group, invite you to join in the discussion.
What would it be like to live the second half of your life with real enthusiasm?
Soul Stages is written for people who want affirmation that the second half of life presents different challenges and opportunities than the first but is no less fulfilling. Readers will be able to see transitions as opportunities for spiritual and emotional growth, rather than as problems to be solved.
CHRISTOPHER CHAMBERLIN MOORE has more than forty years’ experience ministering in The Episcopal Church. A nationally recognized conference leader, he is the author of What I REALLY Want to Do, Opening the Clergy Parachute, and Solitude: A Neglected Path to God. He has written for many denominational, Christian, and secular publications, and won an Emmy Award for Excellence in Religious Broadcasting.
Chris is fascinated by what makes us who we are. Why are we drawn to certain paths and not others? What makes us choose the work we do? Why are certain experiences life-giving for us? Where do we find our “bliss”? How can we find joy, purpose and passion in the second half of life? These questions guide his life and his writing.
Chris and his wife live near Philadelphia.
Tuesdays at 10 a.m. March 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2022 via Zoom. Contact the office for your invitation.
