The Blue Hen Bounty is open to college students who are food insecure and cannot provide ample nutrition for themselves, please come to the student food closet any Thursday from 2-5 p.m. at St. Thomas's Parish located at 276 S. College Ave. (directly across from Student Health).

We have collected many donated food products that we will gladly share with those students in need. All that we ask is you bring your student ID for verification and then we will provide you with whatever amount of food you are in need of.

If you have any questions or cannot make the designated time and would like to set up an appointment, please contact the church office at (302) 368-4644. Please help us spread the word!

Serenity at Sunrise is an apt name for this group as they meet at the beginning of the day, 6:30 a.m. to be exact. Under the AA umbrella are groups for teens and family members of the addicted to help them in supporting their loved one’s sobriety. Alcoholic Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.

Meets in the Undercroft. All youth in 7th and 8th grade or who are at least 12 years of age are invited to join the Confirmation Class for a spirit-filled journey centered around worship, learning, service, witness and fellowship. There will be loads of prayerful dialogue, laughter and fun, too! Confirmation completes our baptism and is the sacramental rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ, culminating with the laying on of hands by the bishop. Youth Confirmation classes are held on Sundays at 9 – 10:15 a.m. from Sept. to May, and include a pilgrimage to The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. A faithful group with the motto: "Remember that Jesus came to take away your sins, not your mind." Join in as we read texts, watch videos, and talk about all manner of questions and issues relating to faith and life. All are always welcome.

The daily struggle of missing loved ones that are no longer with us is always hard.The holidays are a time of gathering with family and friends, a time full of traditions and memories. It can be particularly difficult for those who are dealing with loss to navigate through the holiday season.

The Reverend Deacon Cecily Sawyer Harmon, LCSW, and Dr. Lisa DiRenzo are continuing to offer the grief workshop. The group meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 9:15 in Deacon Cecily’s office.

AIDS Delaware’s mission is to support those living with HIV/AIDS in Delaware and to prevent the spread of HIV through comprehensive services, education, and advocacy. A relaxed and friendly group meets to discuss the lessons for the following Sunday. Come every week or drop in when you can for some new perspectives on familiar stories, and maybe some speculation about where the sermon will go!
