Meets in the Classroom. St. Thomas’s provides hospitality to six AA/12 Step Groups. Serenity at Sunrise is an apt name for this group as they meet at the beginning of the day, 6:30 a.m. to be exact. Under the AA umbrella are groups for teens and family members of the addicted to help them in supporting their loved one’s sobriety. Alcoholic Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.

Meets in Music Room.

The Lights children’s choir is for 3 year olds and through 6th grade. We practice weekly from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. On the last practice before a performance, the Lights choir shares a pizza dinner following practice. We perform songs in church 5 - 7 times a year. Come and join us and try it out. Also, if you know of anyone looking for a church, it is a great to reach out and let them know we have these kinds of programs at St. Thomas's.

We are conservative and liberal, single and married and partnered, socially active, spiritually reflective, deeply committed to being the Gospel in our community, our diocese, and our world. Our parish strives to be a safe and inclusive community of worship that welcomes everyone as a child of God, and values everyone’s ministry in the Church and the world.

Meets in the Undercroft. All youth in 7th and 8th grade or who are at least 12 years of age are invited to join the 2018 Confirmation Class for a spirit-filled journey centered around worship, learning, service, witness and fellowship. There will be loads of prayerful dialogue, laughter and fun, too! Confirmation completes our baptism and is the sacramental rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ, culminating with the laying on of hands by the bishop. Youth Confirmation classes are held on Sundays at 9 – 10:15 a.m. from Sept. to May, and include a pilgrimage to The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. Meets in the Parlor. Starting on October 1, the Adult Education group began to explore the People of the Way: Renewing Episcopal Identity by Dwight Szcheile. The discussion aims to explore the ways St. Thomas can move into the future beyond these walls as we share our story of God. The book can be easily purchased online via Amazon, B&N or any bookstore.
