Thursday, December 9 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM	trip to NYC We will be taking the 6:30 train from Wilmington to Penn Station. Then- off to the Met cloisters. The exhibit we are going to see is called "*Spain, 1000-1200: Art at the Frontiers of Faith*." It brings together Christian, Muslim, and Jewish objects from that period to show how the meeting of three great religions influenced all of them. And for practical reference, the exhibit is at the Cloisters, the Met's medieval satellite on the Upper West Side of Manhattan rather than at the Met's main building on Central Park. Then we will take Amtrack back to Wilmington, arriving at 5pm.
Thursday, December 9 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM	Blue Hen Bounty food pantry for students The Blue Hen Bounty is open to college students who are food insecure and cannot provide ample nutrition for themselves, please come to the student food closet Mon-Fri from 9am-1om, at St. Thomas's Parish located at 276 S. College Ave. (directly across from Student Health). We have collected many donated food products that we will gladly share with those students in need. There are no questions or paperwork to fill out: we will provide you with whatever amount of food you are in need of. If you have any questions or cannot make the designated time and would like to set up an appointment, please contact the church office at (302) 368-4644. Please help us spread the word!
