This introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop is for those new to Centering Prayer, as well as those who already practice this prayer. The practice of Centering Prayer allows us to open to the presence and action of God, not only during the prayer period, but also during the activities of everyday life. It offers an approachable way of deepening intimacy with God and increasing one's capacity to lice a fully Christian life.
Teens and Adults of all ages are welcome to this workshop. In addition to the October 19th workshop, there will be 6 optional weekly follow-up sessions; dates to be chosen on the 19th.
Check-in starts at 9am. Cost is $40.
