Hi Everyone,

Our next Youth CREW (“Christians Ready, Equipped, and Willing”) meeting will be Sunday, December 1, at noon. We will be having a potluck post-Thansgiving lunch for all CREW members (which is anyone who are able to attend. Turkey will be provided. Each youth/family is asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share. If anyone else cares to attend, this would be a great time to meet our group members if you haven’t already. just let Kelly or I know so we can plan for seating and plates.

A few other things:

• Please return any registration forms you have not returned.
• Please remember friends are invited to all CREW activities.
• All of St Thomas’s has  been invited to attend Faith and Family Day at the UD Basketball game on January 12, 2020. CREW will be attending as our meeting that day. Friends and family are invited to attend as well.  Please let me know as soon as you can if you plan to attend as well. Advance ticket prices will be depend on the size of our group.

Can you imagine being outside in the freezing cold without adequate clothing?

The youth group, C.R.E.W. (C.R.E.W. stands for “Christians Ready, Equipped, and Willing” and youth in grades 7 through 12 are encouraged.), would like to do a winter clothes drive for the unfortunate in our community.

We would appreciate donations of gently used or new winter coats, gloves, scarves, rain/snow pants. We would prefer that hats and warm socks be purchased new.

We will start collecting on November 10th. We will have bins located in the great hall for you to drop off at anytime during the week.

We plan to distribute to local organizations and during Code Purple.

This is an open invitation to all parishioner’s 12-18 year olds!

You do not have to be confirmed to be a part of this group! Anyone over the age of 12 can come!

We will have lunch and spend some time getting acquainted with one another! Please come with some ideas as to what you would like to do this year.

I would also like to let you know you are invited to the back to school celebration on Sunday, September 29th, come see your friends and eat pizza! It will be right after the service.
