Blue Hen Bounty (BHB) is gearing up for the return of University of Delaware students later this month and needs your help with several things.
If you have any grocery bags – paper, plastic or multi-use – please drop them off in the classroom. We are running low and expect many students to “stock-up” the first few weeks of school.
As always, we can use and food and personal hygiene items. Again, just drop off in the classroom.
If you are available to help out stocking and/or monitoring BHB, please let me know. We now have three stockers, which has helped us provide a better selection to more students. We can always use more help. If you are available once a month or once a week, let me know and I will provide training and keys. If you are more comfortable not having keys, you can come in any time. Cana is in the office (generally 9-12 noon Mondays-Thurdays).
We are also looking for monitors. Hours are 9 – 12 noon M-F or any portion you are available – monthly or weekly. There is often some down time so I always bring something to read or work on.
Thanks for your continued support of BHB
